The Job

This a nationally focussed role where you get to really extend your leadership and management skills. As part of a portfolio restructure we have created this brand new role to give sales and product leadership to our non-core products group.

Reporting to the National Sales & Sevice Manager you will be targetting both the B2B and B2C markets. You will get to take overall responsibilty for the strategy and direction of our growing range of technical products and services.

You will also manage a team of technical sales managers to directly drive sales opportunities whilst providing technical product support to the wider Hydraulink sales and service team. Working collaboratively with the Group Marketing Manager and Group Supply Chain function the goal is more technical product sold to more customers more often. Pretty simple really!

The Person

This role will allow you to further develop your existing experience gained in engineering, mechanical or related sectors. We are seeking a strategic level sales and marketing team leader with really strong BDM and product management expertise. You need to be able to point to a proven background in identifying, defining, launching, managing and promoting similar technical products.

Your ability to build and lead a high performance team and to create strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal resources is one of your strengths.
