Yes, we stock great products but we know our customers purchase from us because we give them superior service so we're being a bit picky. We're looking for customer service masters!

In this role, you will:

  • Professionally deal with all customer enquiries including hire purchase contracts, sales enquiries, credit application, cash sales and customer issues
  • Be well organised to be able to complete all daily paperwork
  • Project an open and friendly demeanour
  • Be good with numbers

To be our customer service master you will understand what good customer service is and know how to deliver it. You will have an exceptional phone manner with written and verbal skills to match. Keeping calm in all situations, no problem is too great. You will have the ability to juggle priorities, often dealing with priorities that will juggle themselves!
